Our Leadership

TiCOME Technologies is led by its Founder & CEO, Mr. R. Sivasubramanian, who brings over four decades of expertise in titanium metal anode coatings, electrochemical technologies, and ultrafiltration membrane manufacturing. Prior to founding TiCOME, he served as a Research Scientist at Membrane Research Technology Singapore (MRTS), contributing to advanced membrane technology development.

Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in several landmark industrial projects, including the installation of the first-ever zero-discharge ETP/STP UF membrane system for Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), establishment of the TSIA coating service unit at Nagda for Gwalior Rayon Silk Mfg. Co. Ltd., and the deployment of more than 40 reverse osmosis (RO) plants across Tamil Nadu & Lakshadweep under the Government of India's Technology Mission Scheme.
